ArcadeĀ MadeĀ starts with mashing in Rolled Wheat, Pilsner Malt, Malted Oats and Dextrin Malt. It's on day 4 of fermentation that we dry hop, packing in the incredible aroma for this brew.
Overall, you can expect a strong, intensely hoppy, bitter pale ale with notes of grapefruit, juicy oranges, coconut, and pine.Ā MadeĀ for game nights andĀ arcades, this is a brew you can sip on all night.

WHAT IS DOUBLE DRY HOPPED?
Hops can be added at different stages in the brewing process, including the boiling stage, whirlpool, or following the primary fermentation. Adding hops to the brew after the primary fermentation is called Dry Hopping. This is used to extract as much of the hop essential oils as possible without adding bitterness to the beer and is affected by the hop variety, dosage, and temperature.
