Our brewery houses a fully automated, four-vessel, 25HL system, giving us a huge amount of flexibility across beer styles and production. We can scale at pace, keeping up with the high demand of our headliner products, while still maintaining the playful craft of small batch beers. We also have a fully automated canning line which packages up our goodies in 99% recyclable materials.
Located in Murarrie, on the banks of the Brisbane River, the brewhouse and fermenters are fully visible from our DogTap taproom. Come watch Brown Snake Ginger Beer be made on the Brown Snake.
