Like a basket from the market, we start with the punchy bite of ginger and lime. A tribute to the weaving brown river through Brisbane, Brown Snake Ginger Beer is a hit of refreshing sweetness with ginger bite.

We then add the Elvis Juice Grapefruit Infused IPA with flavours blooming from orange and grapefruit peel. Sip away and savour the grapefruit notes tail-gated by orange and pine, all on a caramel malt base.

Lastly, we check what's in season and grab the ripest limited edition beer: Pergola. At 8%, Pergola boasts a deep, shiraz-red hue. Initial tastes lead with quick tartness before giving way to notes of berries and red wine. It's a craft beer you'll want to pair with a cheese board and chocolate.
